Biometric and health data: what we do, and for how long.

Effective date: to be set at launch. This policy applies to the GlimpseMD patient-facing visualization tool and supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What consumer health and biometric data the tool processes

• Facial feature positions. Your browser measures where features such as your lips, eyes, jaw, forehead, and hairline sit in the photo in order to straighten the photo and position the edit. These measurements are generated and used entirely on your device.
• Your photo. A photo of your face or body that you choose to upload.
• Treatment interest. The cosmetic service and amount of change you select, which may reveal an interest in a treatment.

2. Why we process it

Solely to produce the simulation you asked for and, if you request one, to send a consultation request to the clinic you chose. We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose.

3. Consent

Before any measurement or upload, you confirm that you are at least 18, that the photo is of you, and that you understand how the photo is handled. You can withdraw at any time by leaving the page or pressing "Delete and start over."

4. Retention and destruction schedule

• Facial feature measurements: kept in browser memory only for the current session; destroyed when you leave the page, reset the tool, or close the tab. Never transmitted to us.
• Photo and generated image: held in server memory for the single generation request, then destroyed. Never written to disk or a database by us.
• AI image provider copies: retained by the provider for up to 30 days for abuse and safety monitoring, then deleted.
• Consultation request contents: delivered by email to the clinic; not retained by us.
• Usage record (service, amount, time, outcome): retained for clinic reporting and billing; contains no photo, measurement, or personal identifier.

5. Sharing

We share your photo with our AI image provider only to produce the simulation. We share your consultation request only with the clinic you chose. We do not sell consumer health data and we do not share it for advertising.

6. No facial recognition

Facial feature measurements are never compared across sessions, matched against any database, or used to identify anyone.

7. Your rights

Residents of Washington, Nevada, Connecticut, Illinois, Texas, and other states with applicable laws may have the right to confirm whether we process their consumer health or biometric data, to withdraw consent, and to request deletion. Because the tool is designed so that we retain nothing that identifies you, most requests can be satisfied immediately.
