Questions clinics ask
- What counts as a simulation?
- Each time a patient presses Generate. Withheld results and retries count too, because the image model still runs. Photo checks and auto-cropping happen on the patient's device and are free.
- What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
- By default extra simulations are billed at the overage rate. Starter and Practice clinics can turn overage off, in which case the tool shows a friendly pause message until the month resets.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No. If you would like Phoenix Online Media to install and brand it for you, that is a one-time $299 service.
- Is GlimpseMD HIPAA compliant?
- GlimpseMD is not intended for patient records or protected health information and does not sign business associate agreements today. It is a marketing and education tool that stores no patient photos or contact details.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time from the dashboard or by emailing us. Annual plans run to the end of the term.
- How does the free trial work?
